LOOK. AT. THAT. SKILLET.
This yummy set up can be found at Burbank’s Another Broken Egg Cafe! My coworker, Ina, actually stumbled upon it and suggested we should try it, and I’m glad we did!
I stepped out of my comfort zone and ordered something aside from Eggs Benedict (hahaha) and opted for an omelette skillet. I ordered The Floridian, garlic crab and cream cheese mixed into an omelette ($13) and Ina ordered the Hey Lucy!– avocado, chorizo, and sour cream on the side atop her omelette ($12.50). Each skillet comes with a biscuit and potatoes on the side, though you can opt for a different side!
We came on a Wednesday afternoon and there was no line nor a wait, but if you go on a weekend, you’re sure to run into a line. If you happen to be cruising through Burbank, this would be a great place to have brunch! They have plenty of vegetarian options as well.
You may as well go down a block or two and visit the self-serve Pinkberry, it’s life changing.
