Bea Bea’s, supposedly pronounced bee-bee’s, is located in a large grocery-ish plaza in Burbank. Katrina and I gave this place a visit one Sunday afternoon for brunch after craving Eggs Benedict and green tea pancakes. When we arrived, the crowd waiting to be seated was no joke. Regardless, we were starving and wanted to try it so we put our name down and dealt with the wait. Despite being at the end of the list, we were seated within at least 15-20 minutes, even though they said it’d be about 30 minutes. They were very quick to clean up and seat new parties whenever tables opened up and I appreciated that.

We were seated in a back patio area that was thankfully shaded, compared to the sunny front patio where I literally felt like I was melting (Cali winters, smh). Pictured above, we ordered the Green Tea Monster pancakes ($11.50), the Strawberry Dream french toast (~$12), and the Eggs Benedict ($13.50). Katrina and I shared the Eggs Benedict but decided we’d definitely need something salty to counteract our sweet dishes. I actually really liked the Green Tea pancakes and the Eggs Benedict. Katrina’s strawberry french toast was good but was a little low on the nutella so we asked for a side of it, and boom–problem solved.

I personally enjoyed the Eggs Benedict the most, or maybe I’m just a total brunch fiend, but I’d definitely come back to try it again. Although it was particularly packed for a Sunday, they handled it very well, but I think I’ll come back on a weekday for brunch to avoid waiting too long on an empty stomach. I’m like the hulk on an empty stomach…

I’d definitely recommend it! It’s totally worth the drive~
